Is it real carbon fiber?

Yes. Every Phos case is made from real carbon fiber, not a printed or wrapped pattern. Forged carbon is pressed from chopped carbon fiber in resin, which is why it catches the light the way it does.

Will my case look like the photos?

The color and fragment size match the photos. The exact pattern doesn't: every forged case comes out different, so yours exists once.

Does MagSafe and wireless charging work?

Yes. Every Phos case has MagSafe magnets built in, so it snaps onto MagSafe chargers, wallets and mounts. Wireless charging works right through the case.

Lead times and shipping

Can I change or cancel my order?

Processing starts as soon as your order is confirmed, so orders can't be changed or cancelled after that. Please double-check your iPhone model and address before you pay.

Returns

You have 30 days after your order arrives to ask for a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first and we'll send you a return label. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
