Orders take 7–14 business days to process. We inspect and pack every case, then email your tracking number when it ships.

3–7 business days after your tracking number is issued, depending on where you are. In total, plan on about 10–21 business days from order to doorstep. Many orders arrive sooner.

Yes, on every order. Express shipping is available at checkout for $9.99.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if you can't find it, or email orders@phoscarbon.com.

Processing starts as soon as your order is confirmed, so orders can't be changed or cancelled after that. Please double-check your iPhone model and address before you pay.

No. We ship to the address entered at checkout. If a package comes back because of a wrong address, we hold it for 7 days for you to confirm a corrected address (reshipping is paid by the customer).

You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return. The case must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Email orders@phoscarbon.com with your order number to start. Full returns policy.

Email orders@phoscarbon.com right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Once an order is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number. We're happy to help you with that.

Yes. Every Phos case is real carbon fiber set in gloss resin, never a printed or wrapped pattern.

Forged carbon is pressed from chopped carbon fiber, so every Glint and Flare case has its own pattern. Yours will be one of a kind. Colors can also look slightly different from screen to screen.

Yes. Every Phos case, Glint, Flare and Weave, has MagSafe magnets built in, so it snaps onto MagSafe chargers, wallets and mounts. Wireless charging works right through the case.

Pick your exact model on each product page. Phos cases cover iPhone 12 through iPhone 18 (models differ by line and color), and Flare also comes in a case for iPhone Duo.

Orders shipped across borders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. Unless they're collected at checkout, they're the buyer's responsibility.
