Refund policy

30-day returns. You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, your case must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return: email orders@phoscarbon.com or use our contact page with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: check your order when it arrives and contact us right away. We'll make it right.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get a different model or color is to return the original and place a new order.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

EU customers: you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
