These terms cover your use of phoscarbon.com and any purchase you make from Phos Carbon ("Phos Carbon", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Our products

Our cases are made from real carbon fiber. Forged carbon is pressed from chopped carbon fiber, so every forged case has its own pattern: yours will not match the photos exactly, and that is the point. Colours can also look slightly different from screen to screen. Each case is made for the phone models listed on its product page; please choose your model carefully before ordering.

Our cases are designed to protect against everyday scratches, scuffs and minor knocks. No case can prevent all damage, and to the extent permitted by law we are not responsible for damage to your phone.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and can change at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price or listing contains an error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

4. Shipping, duties and delivery

Shipping times and options are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders shipped across borders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country; unless these are collected at checkout, they are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Discount codes and offers

Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be combined with other offers where the checkout allows it. We may change or end any offer at any time.

7. Your account and information

Please give us accurate information when you order or create an account, and keep your login details safe. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Content and trademarks

All content on this site, including product photos, renders, text, graphics and the Phos Carbon name and logo, belongs to Phos Carbon or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or copy it in bulk, or to submit false orders or information.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and Phos Carbon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover any loss or claim brought against Phos Carbon that results from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
